We’re excited to join Penn State’s Student Nutrition Association and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with nine different green dishes! The event is on Wednesday, April 3 from 5-7:30 pm in the Henderson Building, food lab room 007. The recipes chosen are approachable, exciting and can easily be recreated at home. We will be cooking with three main green vegetables: kale, asparagus and zucchini. In a belated celebration of St. Patrick’s Day we ask that everyone dresses festive in green!
