Ease into the winter and finals week by coming to the last Cooking Collab of the semester! We will be learning to cook a warm, comforting meal. The Collab will be held on Monday, November 28 from 5:30-7:30pm at Abba Java Coffeehouse.
The menu will include:
- Beans cooked two ways
- Indigenous winter squash with polenta
- Rice
- Roasted vegetable medley
- Cabbage slaw
The collab will be hosted by Leslie Pillen, the Student Farm Club advisor, who is passionate about sustainable and creative cooking! Expect to eat a colorful and nourishing dinner plate with friends!
The registration fee is $10, which can be brought to the Collab in cash. Register through the button below. We are excited to see and cook with you on Monday!
