The Student Farm is happy to announce that we will be hosting Plant Powered PSU on Thursday, November 11 from 5-8 pm! Plant Powered PSU is an event designed to give the campus and community insight into plant-based lifestyles. There will be food samples, activities and educational stations to teach participants about plant-based food options and the environmental and health impacts that eating habits have. The event will be held at Abba Java Coffeehouse in downtown State College, and guests are welcome to stop in at any time.
The Student Farm and a Recreation, Parks and Tourism Management 456 class will be collaborating to hold this exciting event. The RPTM class has been planning it all semester, so be sure to stop by and see the results of their hard work. The event is free and there is no registration required.
