Student Farm Club will be hosting its third Cooking Collab of the year on Friday, October 1 from 5-7 pm at the Student Farm. Join us to make a farm-fresh meal, meet new friends and enjoy the beautiful weather. You won’t want to miss it!

This week’s Cooking Collab with be hosted by Yvonne Gaudelius, the vice president and dean for Undergraduate Education. She is also a Student Farm CSA member and a supporter of local and sustainable agriculture. The delicious menu we’ll prepare is from the cookbook Falastin by Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley. It will include:

  • Mezzah spread with baba ghanouj
  • Warmed green chile chickpeas
  • Red pepper and walnut dip
  • Fattoush salad
  • Mint lemonade
