Join us at the Ross Student Farm on April 20 from 3-4:30pm for an immersive workshop on shiitake mushroom log cultivation! This workshop will follow our Earth Day event and offers participants everything they need to know about shiitake mushroom cultivation, from inoculation to harvest. All materials will be included and participants will be able to take home their own 2-foot inoculated log.
