The Dr. Keiko Miwa Ross Student Farm engages students across colleges and majors in redefining our campus food system. We reach far beyond the production field, bringing together people who are passionate about food insecurity, food waste, sustainable agriculture, culinary skills and more. We educate students and the community about food systems, increase local food access, and cultivate community through hands-on engagement experiences.

As we grow more and more fresh, healthy food for our campus, we need a sustainable and efficient way to recycle our natural waste so it can be used in later planting seasons. We also hope to expand our efforts to make the farm a welcoming space for the thousands of visitors we invite each year.  That’s why our goal this year is to build a new composting system and pergola entryway to the Dr. Keiko Miwa Ross Student Farm.

We invite you to support these projects, and the student engagement efforts that will come along with them, during this season of giving. Click the button below to learn more about our goal and donate now through November 29.
