The Student Farm Initiative is pleased to host a screening of Food Chains, a documentary film about an intrepid group of workers and their battle to defeat the $4 trillion global supermarket industry, revealing the rampant abuse of farm laborers in the United States. The screening, which will be held on April 21 at 6:30 p.m. in Paterno Library’s Foster Auditorium, will be followed by a panel discussion. The event is free and open to the public, and is co-sponsored by The Rock Ethics Institute, the Penn State Center for Global Workers’ Rights, and the Schreyer Honors College.
