What’s in the CSA Box this week?

Chard is back and we’ve packed our CSA boxes with other veggies, too. This week, we hope to inspire you to get creative to use these ingredients. Below are some recipes that we hope will leave you feeling ready to experiment in the kitchen.

We know that some recipes call for ingredients that won’t be found in your CSA box. We might suggest that you consider shopping through State College’s own Friends & Farmers Cooperative’s online market (which closes at 12pm today!) or at the farmers market nearest to you!
